HOW WE SERVE
Our church has provided needed services to our members and surrounding Camden, NJ community for over 100 years.
We have served by providing:
- A BAG LUNCH FOR THE HOMELESS PROGRAM
- COMMUNITY SERVICES FOOD AND CLOTHING MINISTRY distribution every Wednesday over 700 families served each month
- LOVE IN ACTION MINISTRY Once per month we join in partnership with other ministries and civic organizations to provide the homeless and needy in downtown Camden with meals, clothing, prayer, and words of encouragement.
- RECOVERY MINISTRY a support group for individuals overcoming substance abuse and other addictions.
- ADOPTED H.B. WILSON SCHOOL to support the students, teachers and staff. Gifting students during the Holiday Season
- FIFTY PLUS MINISTRY supports the needs of Seniors in our community
- WARMING CENTER on Code Blue Winter nights.
- COMMUNITY GARDEN planned for the Spring of 2024
- SERMON IN SHOES getting to know our neighbors
CAMPAIGN GOAL
Our church renovation is well underway. The Electrical and HVAC systems are paid for and currently being upgraded. Your DONATION will get us to the finish line, so that we can reopen our building. It will enable us to purchase new seating, flooring, lighting, kitchen and media system. Your generous donation will help us continue to and better serve our community.
TOUCHING LIVES
Through our SERMON IN SHOES Ministry we have been able to know our neighbors better. Sharing gifts with them during the Easter Holiday, Mother's and Father's Days. We have shared the love of Christ with them. We plan on doing something special during the upcoming
Thanksgiving and Christmas Holiday Season.
